Über mich
I've provided several of the lows and highs of living with type two diabetes. Namely hyperglycemia and glucotrust malaysia (https://www.northcoastnews.com/) hypoglycemia.
Ultimately as someone living with diabetes, the objective is to have blood sugar inside the target range of 70-130 mg/dL.
A lot of times this might need frequent monitoring of blood sugars. This is where I ordinarily encounter a lot of resistance from the patients of mine. They complain that testing the sugars of theirs a few times one day is painful. Also the test strips cost a great deal of money. Or perhaps that due to their work schedule they only don't have the time.
I found the more I argued with them about this, the more resistant some individuals became. In fact some even stopped arriving as scheduled. They would stretch out their appointments. So rather than coming in each and every three months, they made it twice a year.
So now that may be harmful as it is a surefire way to create complications related to diabetes!
So I had to get creative with that segment of my patients that just were not going to check out their blood sugars consistently.
Well allow me to share three strategies that I developed. For probably the most part they wound up being about compromise. Which I believe is something that is very important if you're dedicated to living powerfully.
Strategy Number one - ALTERNATE FASTING BLOOD SUGARS LEVELS WITH POST-PRANDIAL LEVELS
