Start a garden. This was the very first year we started a garden and it's been an eye opener for me. I never understood the feeling of achievement once you can choose the own peas of yours, beans, tomatoes or perhaps whatever else we opt to grow.
It's relaxing simply focusing on the garden, getting the hands of mine dirty and feel an unique relationship with nature itself when taking care of it. We also compost, which just makes me feel good I am doing something positive for the environment.
