There's no mystery to the feelings of mine on health clubs as well as gyms.
I have not made use of one for close to 10 years (except a hotel gym while driving and that is actually unusual given the thoughts of mine for bodyweight workouts).

Reason #1 Why Health Clubs Actually are Worthless: The sweat pools, unclean weights, bars, dumbbells, cardio machines, etc.
At what time was the end time you watched someone taking some form of disinfectant for the handles of all of the dumbbells?
How often do you see men and women leave a sweat pool on a bench after they are done working with it?
That's just disgusting! At least from home it is your filth that you are touching, not someone else's.
